Source Index

Every source this site cites, listed once, with the pages that rely on it.

How do we keep sources from changing or disappearing?

Web pages change and disappear, so each linked source also has a dated copy saved on the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine, which we do not control. We also keep our own private copy of each page with a fingerprint (SHA-256) and the date we saved it. Right now 1110 of 1248 linked sources have a public archived copy, and the rest are being saved. Printed books and journal articles are cited by edition and page.
